Billing and Cancellation

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, YOU AGREE THAT THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF iRiseUp Academy TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO iRiseUp Academy FOR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE.
